SHIPPING CARRIER

STOCK ITEMS: Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 5 - 7 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. For information regarding order tracking, please get in touch. 

CUSTOM ITEMS: Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 10-12 working days. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 12-15 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. For information regarding order tracking, please get in touch. 

Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. 

 

TAXES & IMPORT DUTY

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS

As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.

We want you to receive your Tish & Shoo goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them.
