Thank you for choosing Tish & Shoo. To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us, please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Carrier: All orders are send with An Post, DPD or DHL.

2. Order Processing Time: General stock orders take 2-3 days while Custom orders take 10-12 working days Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Local Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using standard post with An Post or DPD. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and An Post's delivery schedule. Please allow up to 1-2 additional days for postage. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time provided by An Post is separate from our processing time. It may take longer after bank holidays.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

5. International Shipping: We use An Post (registered Post) or DHL. We  will not be responsible for Customs charges or taxes to countries outside the EU. Any Customs charges or tax’s are the reasonability of the customer .

6. Order Updates: We will keep you informed. You will receive notifications when your order is being processed and shipped

7. Address Accuracy: To ensure a successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Tish & Shoo  cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Expedited Shipping: Please contact us should you require a urgent delivery..

9. Damaged & Rejected Goods : Received goods must be inspected within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date. We want you to receive your Tish & Shoo goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us a sandy@tishandshoo.ie to arrange address details.

10. Cancellations : Standard stock Items: If your order has been despatcher prior to cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction and you will remain viable for the full payment. 
Custom Items: cannot be cancelled once the proof as been approved and order has been confirmed.
